What I Wish to Receive Picture Wise:

• A full CD of the all the unedited images. These must also be large enough images that I can make large prints from if I require. I must have authority to reproduce them, and edit them. If you wish for copyright information to be on the image (only for internet purposes), you must write that on a note attached to the CD. This note should include what you wish the copyright to say and if you have a specific font or colour, let me know that as well. I do not require any prints or edited images, as I wish to edit them myself. If you wish to send edited images or prints, that is very generous, but I will still be editing images myself as well. The images must be received! I can bring my laptop to burn the images that day, if you bring your transfer cord OR the CD is to be mailed to me in a timely fashion, no longer than 1 month from shoot date. If I do not receive the CD within 60 days, a charge of $300 will apply. If the charge is not received, your name will appear on my list of people who do not send images. Just a forewarning.

• Sometimes, I may wish to tape a behind the scenes video. In which case, you may either be cut out of or including in, upon your decision. I may bring my camera man for this as well, so please do let me know your options on this matter.

What I Wish to Receive Picture Wise:

• A full copy of the all the captured content. I will also provide you with a video of all the content captured on my camera. I do not require any edited video as I like to edit the video myself. If you would like to send me an edited version of the video, that would be very generous, but I will also be editing the video myself.The video must be received! I can bring my laptop to get the video that day, if you bring your transfer cord OR the DVD is to be mailed to me in a timely fashion, no longer than 1 month from shoot date. If I do not receive the DVD within 60 days, a charge of $500 will apply. If the charge is not received, your name will appear on my list of people who do not send videos. Just a forewarning.
• I may also be bringing my cameraman along to help out with the video. I will be bringing my camera and tripod but I will not bring lights unless you do not already have them.

Trade with Models and/or Adult Sites:

• I am accepting trades for my clip store and my adult sites. For this, I am shooting a variety of different content. I only ask that you please read my video and picture stipulations, as these will apply as well.
• I will require a link to my site on yours and I will do the same for you. Preferably this link can be put up with the gallery or video.
• I request that our work together is not to end up in a free online gallery or on a TGP site.
• If you are a model that does not have a site, I will send you a few images of the best from each set that you may use for your portfolio but not the full set if we get into adult content. I will also send you a web size video clip that you may use for your online portfolio if you desire.
• If we both wish to shoot different stuff, then we must make sure we both leave with some content we can both use.

Release Stipulations:

• I will not sign anything that allows you any income, unless I am allowed income! We are both investing time and money into a project like this, which is why I state this. If you wish rights that I am not entitled to as well, then please read my rates section for hiring me.I request to see all release forms through email, prior to shooting. I need to look over the forms to ensure I am not wasting my time going to a shoot I will not carry out if the release form is inappropriate for trade.
• For adult site trades, I do have a specific form I will require to be signed. I can send you this form in advance through email. I will also require ID for anyone shown on camera.

When Contacting Me for a Trade Include:

• What you are looking to shoot, some of your concepts?
• What style of photography you are most comfortable in, even if it is different from what you are looking to shoot?
• What will you not shoot?
• How do YOUR trade shoots usually run? (Is there a equal creative base from both sides? Do you bring a lot of props as well as the model? Do you come with some idea and expand on them? Do you only shoot what the model wants? Are you very scripted? I am just curious to get an idea of what I am working with.)
• Do you know any makeup artists that would be interested in working on a TFP basis as well? Would you be interested in paying one for her time?
• Can you send me the release form you are intending on using?
• Are you looking to shoot pictures or video or both?
• If it is a web site trade please send me a link to your site. If you have a temporary password that I can use to look around, that would be great.
